I’m a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and sales specialist with a passion for innovation and packaging automation. With over 20 years in the packaging industry and 23 years as a business founder and owner, I’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional packaging solutions to clients across diverse sectors. In 2002, I co-founded Viking Packaging Machinery with my brother, Rick, where I served as Vice President for nearly two decades before stepping into the CEO role in 2021. During my time at Viking, I learned how to grow a business, build and sustain a winning culture, and lead a team with purpose. I also spent years traveling across North America as the face of sales, building thousands of customer relationships and friendships within the packaging industry. At FourFront Contract Packaging, I see myself as the driving sales force, bringing decades of business experience and a vast network of industry contacts to help grow our company and support the next generation of business leaders within our team. I hold an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education with a double major in Social Studies and Economics and a minor in Coaching from Lakeland University, as well as a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University. I’m excited to bring my passion for the industry and commitment to excellence to FourFront, helping our customers achieve efficient, worry-free packaging that fuels their growth.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the industry—from operating and maintaining equipment to performing complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. My expertise spans machine setup, full line installations, and ongoing customer service and support. My collaboration with Robb, Kyle, and Jack was built on mutual support, problem-solving, and innovative thinking. That close partnership eventually sparked the idea for FourFront Contract Packaging. Together, we envisioned a company driven by technical excellence and a shared passion for the work we do. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been seeing machines I’ve set up and optimized make a real impact in customer facilities—boosting productivity and streamlining operations. Visiting those facilities has given me a clear sense of what works, what doesn’t, and how to unlock performance without sacrificing team culture. At FourFront, we’ve brought together a group of experts who take pride in their craft and genuinely enjoy what they do. We're committed to building something exceptional—rooted in experience, teamwork, and a relentless drive for excellence. Outside of work, I’m happiest on the lake or in the woods with my better half, Julie, and our two children. Whether we’re exploring, learning, or just having fun, I try to pass on the same curiosity and passion I bring to my career—encouraging my kids to experiment, discover what drives them, and follow it wholeheartedly.

I bring over 15 years of diverse expertise in process engineering, sales, and field service within the hygiene and packaging industries. My background in mechanical engineering, paired with a hands-on upbringing on a southwest Wisconsin farm and years spent in my father’s mechanic shop, shaped my strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills from an early age. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and later a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I stepped into roles that allowed me to blend technical knowledge with a customer-first mindset. I’ve worked as a process technician, field service engineer, key accounts manager, and electrical engineer, experiences that have helped me understand operational challenges from every angle while maintaining a commitment to excellence and efficiency. At FourFront Contract Packaging, I serve as CFO, overseeing financial management, risk assessment, financial reporting, cash flow, and strategic leadership. My engineering and field service background allows me to see the bigger picture while understanding the day-to-day operational details, helping drive smart financial decisions that support sustainable growth for our company. Beyond my professional work, I’ve been shaped by years of competitive sports—football, wrestling, track, cross country, and baseball—which have taught me the discipline, teamwork, and resilience I bring into every project and client relationship. I’m excited to bring this commitment to FourFront as we help our customers grow through efficient, dependable packaging solutions.

I started working in the automation industry in 2011, building large-scale converting equipment for high-speed manufacturing lines. From the beginning, I was drawn to the intricacies of mechanical systems — how each component works together, and how even the smallest improvement can create better performance on a larger scale. Over the years, I worked my way through roles in machining, assembly, installation, and technical support. I spent nearly a decade honing my skills on the shop floor — collaborating with engineers, traveling for system installs, and gaining a deep understanding of how to build machines that run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. That hands-on foundation is a big part of who I am today. Since 2021, my role as a process technician has deepened my focus on packaging machinery and I began bridging into electrical systems and controls. That role sharpened my ability to diagnose complex issues, implement technical solutions, and support customers in real-time — and it also sparked my growing passion for automation, PLC programming, and system integration. Now, as a co-founder of FourFront Contract Packaging, I’m proud to bring that experience into a new chapter — one that blends innovation with intention. Alongside Robb, Kyle, and Tyler, I helped build FourFront to offer more than just reliable packaging services. We’re building a company that puts people first — where employees are supported, customers are heard, and every part of the process reflects quality and care. Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time outdoors — golfing, hunting, or fishing with the same focus and patience I bring to every project. I married my best friend, Haley, in August 2025, and together we’ve built a life rooted in loyalty, hard work, and a love for what we do. That same foundation is what I’m bringing into Four Front — a place where people do their best work, feel proud of what they’re building, and know they’re part of something that matters.
